Build Current was founded by Alexander Mendelson, a development advisor with experience spanning affordable housing, public-private partnerships, and distributed energy. Alexander has contributed to impactful projects across the East Coast, including affordable housing redevelopments and community solar initiatives that expand access to renewable energy for low-income households. Prior to founding Build Current, he served as a development lead at SAA | EVI, a mission-driven real estate and investment firm.
